Returns Policy
30-Day Return Period
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your package.
Return Requirements
A return will be accepted if:
- the item is unused and in its original condition
- the original packaging is included
- all components (including any gift items) are returned
- no signs of use or damage are present
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We recommend using tracked shipping, as you are responsible for the return until it arrives.
Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within up to 14 days.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original order.
If the return does not meet the conditions, we may be unable to issue a refund.

Include a clear photo or short video.
If the defect is confirmed, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
- opened or used scent pads
- personalised or custom-made items
- digital products or gift cards (if applicable)
How to Return Your Order

Request a return
Email us at support@lumoreessentials.com
Include the subject “Return”, your name, and your order number.
(Note: the address on your parcel is not the return address.) -
Wait for approval
We will review your request and send you the return form and the correct return address. -
Prepare your return
Complete the form and pack your product securely (preferably in its original packaging). -
Send your return
Ship the parcel with Track & Trace to the address provided. -
Receive your refund
After successful inspection, your refund will be issued within up to 14 days.
